How long does a bathroom remodel take?

Timing depends on the scope, permitting, site conditions, selections, and material availability. The anticipated schedule is outlined in the written proposal and updated as the project progresses.

How accurate is the cost estimator?

It gives a preliminary investment range based on your selections. Final pricing depends on site conditions, plumbing and electrical work, permits, and the exact materials you choose.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

We review permit and inspection requirements for each project and coordinate the qualified trades included in the agreed scope.

Are you licensed and insured?

MetroStyle Services is licensed and insured. Our bathroom workmanship includes a five-year limited workmanship guarantee on wet spaces — showers, tubs, and the waterproofing and tile around them — plus a one-year limited workmanship warranty on the rest of a full bathroom remodel. Coverage begins at substantial completion and is subject to written terms, exclusions, and applicable manufacturer warranties.
